MARVIN KINSEY JR
Coach Kinsey is a former Division One collegiate running back at Colorado State University. His passion for football led him to Canada where he had the privilege of playing in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for a short stint. Now, Marvin dedicates his time to sharing his love and knowledge of fitness through K5 Training. Coach Kinsey strives to inspire and guide individuals on their journey to achieve peak performance and personal excellence. Join us as we push boundaries, work hard, and achieve greatness!

Being no stranger to career altering injuries, Coach Kinsey incorporates AT LEAST 15 minutes of injury prevention training into every session with no extra cost. Injury prevention training is used to reduce the chances of non-contact injuries (ACL, MCL, Achilles, etc.), and strengthen vulnerable areas.
